Always – Look Up

In 1975, on the south face of Mt.Baldy (Philmont)
and after a 6Hr. trek thru the hard rugged trails,
My head was heavy, body tired, mouth thirsty, All
I could do was to crash. While lying down next to
my 60 pound pack,I heard a voice in the air, It said

” ALWAYS LOOK UP AND SEE WHAT I HAVE GIVEN YOU.”

I Knew it was GOD, telling me to stop looking down the path from where I came and to look Forward with my EYES WIDE OPEN so that I may see
where I’m going. Till this very day, I walk with my head high and MY EYES LOOKING UP.
