Place flags on neighborhood lawns for major holidays through the year.
Instructions
You will need pvc pipe flagpole, flags, rebar. Advertise to the local community a flag service, where you put flags in peoples’ yards on a certain number of holidays for the year (perhaps Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day or others). Generally charge between $25 and $50 per year. Profits will be reduced the first year, because you have to pay for the materials to make the flags, but continue to renew subscriptions after the first year.
Place the rebar in the ground, slide the pvc pipe flagpole over the top. Flags should be removed by sundown.
