Selling tickets to an all you can eat spaghetti dinner.
Instructions
We hold an all you can eat spaghetti dinner fundraiser every year. We use the kitchen of our chartered organization and get all the supplies donated by the scouts families or businesses in the local community. We serve spaghetti, garlic bread, salad and drinks for one price. Our scout parents and scouts help do everything from set up to clean up. We also have a local band playing contemporary Christian music during the event and our scouts perform various skits, and display their musical talents as well. This is a great fundraiser and we usually serve about 250-350 people every year and make over $1,000. During the event we also have a raffle where we sell $1 raffle tickets and raffle off donated items and the Girl Scout troop also holds a bake sale.
